Ingredients list
- 275g Sød Kartoffel, skrællet
- 200g Gulerod, skrællet
- 100g Æble, rødt
- 1,75g Frisk gurkemeje
- 150g Kogelage
- 4g Hørfrøolie
- 11g Kokosolie
Preparation
Rinse the red lentils and boil them according to the instructions on pack. (Approx. 40 min.)
Step 1
Peel the potato and carrot and cut them into smaller pieces. Remove the core of the apple and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Boil in plenty of water. If fresh turmeric is used, this should be added. When the vegetables are tender, sift the liquid (save this).
Step 3
Sift the red lentils (no need to save the liquid).
Step 4
Blend the vegetables, red lentils and approx. ½ - 1dl of the previously saved water.
Step 5
During blending add oil and lemon juice. If turmeric powder is used, add this during blending. Blend until you have desired consistency.
